"Jaydev Shah named captain of the 15-member squad, which will play its first match against Maharashtra on March 31," Himanshu Shah, Saurashtra Cricket Association (SCA) media manager, said in a release.
Pujara did not play in West Zone one-day tournament held here from February 27 to March 5 as he was in national squad for Asia Cup.
