Pulses end steady on sporadic demand

Pulses prices remained steady at the wholesale market in the national capital today largely on scattered demand from retailers and stockists.
Traders said slowdown in buying activity at prevailing higher levels against pick up in supplies, mainly kept pulses prices flat.
Following are today's pulses rates (in Rs per quintal):
Urad Rs 9,700-10,800, Urad Chilka (local) Rs 10,800-11,000, Urad best Rs 10,900-11,500, Dhoya Rs 11,300-11,500, Moong Rs 7,900-8,500, Dal Moong Chilka local Rs 8,500-8,900, Moong Dhoya local Rs 8,800-9,300 and best quality Rs 9,300-9,500.
Masoor small Rs 6,200-7,100, bold Rs 6,300-7,200, Dal Masoor local Rs 7,500-7,700, best quality Rs 7,600-7,800, Malka local Rs 8,400-8,850, best Rs 8,500-8,900, Moth Rs 5,600-6,000, Arhar Rs 10,100-10,500, Dal Arhar Dara Rs 11,700-11,900.
Gram Rs 5,100-5,900, Gram dal (local) Rs 5,500-5,700, best quality Rs 5,600-5,900, Besan (35 kg), Shakti Bhog Rs 2,230, Rajdhani Rs 2,230, Rajma Chitra Rs 4,900-6,300, Kabuli Gram small Rs 5,150-7,650, Dabra Rs 2,700-2,800, Imported Rs 4,700-5,100, Lobia Rs 5,000-5,200, Peas white Rs 2,800-2,825 and green Rs 3,050-3,150.
