Pulses prices steady in narrow movements

Wholesale pulses market ended on a steady note today as most of pulses traded in a narrow range on lack of worthwhile buying activity and settled around previous levels.
Marketmen said adequate stocks position against sporadic demand mainly kept pulses steady.
Following are today's pulses rates per quintal:
Urad 3,800-4,600, Urad Chilka (local) 5,300-5,500, best 5,500-6,100, Dhoya 5,800-6,200, Moong 5,800-6,300, Dal Moong Chilka local 6,400-6,800, Moong Dhoya local 6,600-6,700 and best quality 7,200-7,300.
Masoor small 4,250-4,500, bold 4,450-4,550, Dal Masoor local 5,050-5,150, best quality 5,100-5,200, Malka local 5,100-5,200, best 5,300-5,400, Moth 4,200-4,500, Arhar 3,900-4,200, Dal Arhar Dara 5,600-5,800.
Gram 2,900-3,900, Gram Dal (local) 3,600-3,800, best quality 3,700-3,800, Besan (35 kg) Shakti bhog 1,380, Rajdhani 1,380, Rajmah Chitra 7,300-11,000, Kabli Gram small 3,800-5,800, dabra 2,700-2,800, imported 4,700-5,100, Lobia 4,200-6,000, Peas white 2,900-2,950 and green 3,000-3,100.
