Pune Warriors restrict Sunrisers Hyderabad to 119/8

A clinical performance from Pune Warriors saw them restrict Sunrisers Hyderabad to a paltry 119 for eight in a Pepsi Indian Premier League match here today.
Sunrisers captain Kumar Sangakkara dropped himself from the playing XI to make way for South African opener Quinton de Kock but the move didn't pay off.
Team India seamer Bhuvneshwar Kumar bowled an inspirational spell to grab three for 17 in his four-over spell as he polished the Sunrisers top-half within the first six overs.
His new ball partner Ashoke Dinda (1/25 in 4 overs) was also impressive as the duo put tremendous pressure on the top-order.

The slide started with opener De Kock being caught in the covers off Dinda. In his second and the team's third over, Bhuvneshwar cleaned up Parthiv Patel (12) and Cameron White off successive deliveries.
While Parthiv played inside the line for a delivery that held its line after pitching, White was foxed by the low bounce as the ball swung back onto him.

Samantray's gutsy knock finally ended when he holed out in the deep to give Rahul his second scalp. It was Amit Mishra (30, 24 balls, 3x4) and Ashish Reddy (19), who added 40 runs for the eighth wicket, that took the score past 100.
