Poland had made phenomenal progress in the field of agro processing and allied agricultural practices like cooperative dairies and milk processing besides poultry and flower cultivation, Badal said today.
"There is huge scope for Polish investment in the same sectors in Punjab which has a strong agriculture and allied agriculture activity base," he said, adding the state could also learn from allied agri technologies being practiced there.
He will also address a business seminar, at the office of the Marshall of Lubelskie Voivodeship at Lublin, aimed at showcasing Punjab's strengths and will make a case for Polish investment in Punjab which will include presentations and bilateral discussions, it said.
While in Lublin the Deputy CM will also visit a cheese production plant and a milk processing plant.
On his visit to Budapest in Hungary, Badal will witness a demonstration on waste elimination. Besides this, he will also see demonstrations on plant enhancement and protection of crops by bio process and see bio diesel technology at work.
