Punjab govt expresses grief over Peshawar school attack

The Punjab government tonight expressed grief and anguish over the terror attack on an army school that recently occurred in Peshawar.
The Cabinet at its meeting under the chairmanship of Chief Minister Parkash Singh Badal here expressed deep sorrow over the tragic shootout incident in which 141 innocent school students and staff were brutally killed, an official spokesman said here.
The Cabinet also observed two minutes of silence. They also prayed for strength and courage to bear this huge loss in this hour of crisis and to grant peace to the departed souls, he said.
