Punjab Rifle Shooting Association forms advisory committee

To give a fillip to shooting in the state, Punjab Rifle Shooting Association (PRSA) has formed a 10-member advisory committee by including top sports administrators and shooters.
According to PRSA President Bikram Singh Majithia, the members of the advisory committee include Raja Randhir Singh, Raninder Singh and Abhinav Bindra, Raja K S Sidhu, Manavjeet Singh Sandhu, Ronjon Singh Sodhi, Harveen Srao, Avneet Kaur Sidhu, Heena Sidhu and Mukesh Kumar.
Besides this, Raja K S Sidhu has been nominated as Advisor to the President of PRSA.
Majithia in a release said today that the new advisory board would give a fillip to shooting in Punjab.
"The PRSA will take help of the experience and expertise of Advisory Board members to make shooting a professionally run sport in Punjab," he said.
He expressed confidence that under the guidance of prominent personalities, shooting will grow in Punjab and the marksmen of the state will bring further laurels to the country.
