Besides, Punjab will be the first state in the country to have 100 per cent sewerage and water supply cover along with availability of all basic amenities, Badal was quoted as saying in an official release.
As per the plan chalked out by the state, in coming two years, Punjab would witness holistic development in all ways, he added.
Referring to the investment summit, Badal said before holding the summit, the state government will organise roadshows showcasing achievements, infrastructure and industrial facilities in the state to make industrial houses aware of where Punjab stands at present.
Stating that the state's fiscal policy introduced for industrial sector by Punjab government has got praise from across the country.

He said these fiscal incentives have brought investment worth Rs 9,500 crore to the state within a period of just one year as 180 companies have approached the state for investment purposes under 'Invest Punjab'.
He said this land bank will not need any clearance from any department since it had got all clearances in advance and is ready for use.
Giving details about air and road connectivity network of Punjab, Badal said the state is now heading towards 4G connectivity.
He said the service will be available in major towns of the state by the end of July and would be spread out across the state by the end of December.
He said this fleet will become part of the existing fleet of 873 state-owned Pepsu Road Transport Corporation (PRTC) buses by the end of October.
Badal said PRTC will also dedicate its under construction bus stands at Rama Mandi and Fridkot very soon to the public and will also complete the construction of bus stand at Sangrur.
