Russia's former richest man Mikhail Khodorkovsky, who spent 10 years in prison before he was pardoned and left Russia in 2013, says he has been summoned for questioning in Moscow.
Khodorkovsky today posted on social media a copy of the summons, which was delivered to his father's Moscow home. Khodorkovsky's 82-year old father was questioned by investigators in August about the 1998 killing of a Siberian mayor.
Khodorkovsky and his associates have denied any involvement in the killing in the town where his company, Yukos, was operating.
Khodorkovsky spent 10 years in prison on charges of tax evasion and embezzlement, which have been seen as punishment for challenging President Vladimir Putin's power.
Since his 2013 release, Khodorkovsky has continued to oppose Putin from exile in Switzerland.
