Public Works Department (PWD) today launched a centralised complaint centre to report potholes and rough patches on its around 1260 km roads across the national capital.
According to a department official, people can register their complaints about potholes and rough patches on PWD's roads at 1800-110-093.
Online complaints can be also registered at complaint@pwddelhi.Com and www.Pwddelhi.Com.
The launch of the complaint centre is aimed at further bolstering PWD's ongoing operation of repairing its roads in the national capital in a big way, the official said.
The operation started on May 1 when the roads were surveyed and the portions of the carriageway having potholes and rough patches were identified.
PWD Minister Satyendra Jain also took a review of the work on Wednesday and expressed satisfaction with the repair work position.
PWD started repair of potholes and rough patches on roads barring such road portions, where road cutting permissions have been granted to various utility departments and their work is in progress.
The minister recently set a three-week deadline for the PWD officials to repair potholes and rough edges on its roads.
