PYC committed to work against corruption: Shagotra

PYC newly elected vice president Pranav Shagotra addressing youth Congress activists here said that his organisation was committed to work against corruption.

"Corruption is consuming our society, there is a need to eradicate corruption at all levels. PYC activists will make people, especially the youth of the state, aware of the negative effects of corruption in society and the country as a whole", Shagotra said.

He also informed that the elected office bearers of PYC will visit every assembly segment of the state to take stock of the problems of people.

"Unemployment is a major problem, which needs to be addressed on a top priority basis. For this purpose both state and central government should come forward. The youth of this state need special care so that they may not fall into the hands of anti-national forces", he pointed out.

Shagotra also demanded a special recruitment drive for the unemployed youth for the state in central services as the state has limited resources.
