This forms part of various programmes being organised across the country to mark the 125th birth anniversary of Ambedkar.
According a senior ministry official, a decision in this regard was taken on July 23 last when Prime Minister Narendra Modi had chaired the first meeting of the National Committee on celebration of the 125th birth Anniversary of Ambedkar.
The tableau will showcase the Parliament building, a replica of a grand memorial at Babasaheb's birthplace in Mhow in Madhya Pradesh, handing over of the Constitution by Ambedkar to Rajendra Prasad, and also highlight issues related to untouchability, the official said.
