The show, which also stars Amit Sadh, will be available to Amzon Prime Video subscribers in Tamil, Telugu and Hindi, according to an official release.
The web series has been written and directed by Mayank Sharma. Abundantia Entertainment produced the project.
"Breathe" follows a series of murders of organ donors who are connected to Danny Mascarenhas, played by Madhavan.
The series also stars Anuj Sachdeva and Sapna Pabbi in key roles.
