CBI sources said the executive of the rank of CEO of the group was asked information related to his purported conversations with Radia.
The sources withheld the name of the executive as he is not named as suspect in the preliminary enquiries registered by the agency on the directions of Supreme Court in connection with the intercepted conversations.
Meanwhile, the agency submitted its report to the Supreme Court yesterday on its probe so far in the intercepted telephonic conversations of Radia.
A Supreme Court bench headed by Justice G S Singhvi had identified 23 issues which were framed by an apex court- appointed team on the analysis of the tapped conversations of Radia with bureaucrats, politicians, business honchos and journalists.
