Under the pact, Raftaar Technologies will offer its Limo smart bus service to the natives of Lodha Group's township project 'Palava City' in the neighbouring district.
The Limo service will also connect it (the township) to Airoli, Mahape, Thane, Vashi, Powai and other parts of Mumbai.
"The scale of the city and of our bus deployment makes this a first for private transit in the country," Siddharth Sharma, Chief Executive, Raftaar Technologies said in a statement today.

Kagzi Apparels to launch women brand, stores this month * Kagzi Apparels today said it will launch a fashion brand 'Kashana' for women and open ten exclusive stores across the country this month.
Arif Kagzi of the Kagzi Apparels said that the stores will be opened in ten different cities including Jaipur, Jodhpur, Udaipur, Chennai, Mumbai, Delhi and Surat.
He informed that the company plans to open 50 retail stores in a year.
"We export garments to various brands for over a decade in countries like USA, UK and the middle east. We aim to introduce ethnic and western in the domestic market," he said.
SIHRA elects K S Raju as President
* The Board of South India Hotels and Restaurants Association (SIHRA) has re-elected K Syama Raju as its President for the year 2016-17.
A decision to this effect was taken at the 65th Annual General Meeting of the Association here, a statement said.
"Managing Director of Bangalore-based Hotel Maurya, K Syama Raju was re-elected as President, GRT Hotels and Resorts, CEO, T Nataraajan was re-elected as Honorary Secretary", the release said.
K Chakravarthy was elected as Honorary Treasury for the year 2016-17, it said.
