The Congress leader, who had to fly from here for Delhi in the evening, winded up his three-day visit in the forenoon and left for Assam, Congress sources said.
The review meeting of Jagdishpur assembly segment, which was scheduled to start around 11 AM, was advanced and got underway at 9 AM after which Gandhi left for the Fursatganj airstrip, the sources said.
