Shyamsundar Dharamsikha (60) was retuning home after dropping his grandson to school when the assailants came in a motorbike and shot him from close range in front of the Adra police outpost.
Three bullets hit Dharamsikha killing him on the spot.
His son Pankaj alleged that business rivalry was behind the murder.
