Railways batsmen struggle against TN

Responding to Tamil Nadu's first innings total of 213, Railways made 133 for six at stumps on the penultimate day of the Ranji Trophy Group-A match here today.
After the second day yesterday was abandoned due to persistent rain, play on day three started at 12.30 PM.
Earlier today, Tamil Nadu innings was highlighted by the performance of Railways leg spinner Ashish Yadav who claimed three wickets in space of 12 balls to end with figures of six for 68.
Off-spinner Arnab Nandi (2/90) and leg spinner Avinash Yadav (2/34) shared four wickets between them.
For Tamil Nadu, Abhinav Mukund (57), Baba Indrajith (51), R Satish (41) and Baba Aparajith (27) were the main contributors.
When Railways commenced their innings, Tamil Nadu captain Ramaswamy Prasanna straightaway brought on left-arm spinners Rahil Shah and Aushik Srinivas.
The bowlers got into their job swiftly dismissing Abhishek Kaushik (2) and Nitin Bhille (0) with just three runs on board.
Yadav and Nandi were batting on 28 and 14 at stumps with railways trailing Tamil Nadu by 80 runs.
