Rain brings relief to people of Bihar

Rains occured in various parts of Patna, Bhagalpur and Purnea today providing relief to citizens from gruelling hot weather conditions.
Patna saw 0.3 mm rain and a maximum temperature was recorded at 36 degrees Celsius, the Met Department said.
Gaya recorded 38 degrees Celsius temperature while Bhagalpur registered 5 mm rain and 36 degrees Celsius maximum temperature.
Purnea recorded 4.5 mm rain and a maximum temperature of 35 degrees Celsius.
The state Met Department forecast partly cloudy sky and more rains in Patna, Gaya and Bhagalpur in the next 24 hours.
