Dharamsala was wettest in the hill state with 164 mm of rains while Kufri, Gaggal and Solan recorded 64 mm, 53 mm and 44 mm of rainfall.
Among other places, Kasauli received 37 mm, Kheri 33 mm, Manali 31 mm, Dharampur 30 mm, Bilaspur 29 mm, Jogindernagar 25 mm, Nurpur 21 mm, Palampur 20 mm, Una and Guler 19 mm each, Dalhousie 17 mm, Mashobra and Bhoranj 16 mm each, Chamba 14 mm, Nagrota Suriyan 13 mm and Saloni and Dehra Gopipur 11 mm each.
Shimla was lashed by intermittent rains and the sky remained heavily overcast, leading to marginal fall in mercury.
Una was hottest in the state at 35 deg C while Sundernagar recorded 31 deg C, followed by Dharamsala 28.6 deg C, Nahan 28 deg C, Bhuntar 27.7 deg C, Solan 27.5 deg C, Kalpa 23 deg C and Shimla 21.4 deg C.
