Continuous downpour kept the mercury level low in the national capital today even as waterlogging in various areas caused traffic snarls troubling the Delhiites.

The Safdarjung observatory recorded 13.4 mm rainfall while the reading at Palam observatory was 52 mm. The humidity levels oscillated between 97 and 72 per cent.
The weatherman has predicted cloudy day tomorrow with possibility of heavy rains towards the evening.
