A cloud cover over the city and rainfall in some areas today brought down the mercury level in the national capital.
The rain gauges recorded 9 mm rainfall since morning. The Met office said the city is likely to receive more rainfalls tomorrow.
The day temperature settled at 34.4 deg C as against 37.1 deg C the previous day. The minimum temperature was recorded at 26.3 deg C, which was same as yesterday's.
The humidity level oscillated between 69 and 95 per cent, MeT officials said.
