Rains in Rajasthan bring down temperatures

Light to moderate rains brought down temperatures in parts of Rajasthan as the maximum stayed below 40 degrees Celsius.
Barmer recorded the highest of 39.6 degrees Celsius followed by Chittorgarh at 37, Jaisalmer 36.7, Kota 36.6 and Jaipur 35.5 degrees Celsius, according to a Met department.
Light to moderate rains along with dust storm with hail occurred at few places in Ajmer, Jaipur and Kota divisions and at isolated places in Udaipur and Jodhpur divisions in the last 24 hours.
The MeT department has issued warning of thunderstorm squall with hail at isolated places in the state including in Jaipur during next 24 hours.
