Weather in the morning was clear but it changed at noon and rains drenched the city bringing down the day temperature.
The MeT department has forecast overcast sky and more rainfall during the next 24 hours.
People came out in streets and enjoyed the weather at picnic spots like Jaigarh and Nahargarh forts and places on the outskirts of the city.
Groups of youths moved to Nahargarh fort and other areas to enjoy the climate.
With the onset of monsoon, places located on the ridge of Aravali hills remain a hot picnic destination among people particularly youths.
In the state during the last 24 hours, Nadbai recorded 2 cm rainfall while Sikrai, Dholpur, Saipur and Rajgarh recorded 1 cm rainfall each.
Several other places have also recorded 1 cm rainfall.
The MeT department has predicted advancement of the monsoon in the remaining area of the state.
