Rains wash out play on first day

Rain and wet conditions ruled out play on the first day of the 28th Sportstar Trophy MCA U-16 Selection Trial Tournament second round here today.
The three-day matches are being played at Karnataka round and Elf-Dilip Vengsarkar Academy.
The first round matches had been totally washed out earlier without a ball being bowled.
