"All preparations for the Half Marathon which will begin at 6:30 AM tomorrow are complete," state's sports and youth welfare secretary Sonmoni Borah told PTI.
Veteran athlete Milkha Singh and wrestler Geeta Phogat will be present as special guests during the event, he said.
Besides,Union Sports minister Vijay Goel and Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Raman Singh will be present as chief guests on the occasion, said the official.
"The event will develop an athlete culture among the youth," he asserted.
Around 10,000 people have registered online for the event.

The figure of total participants, including those who have not registered, is likely to reach 20,000, the secretary added.
Raipur Half-Marathon offers a total prize money of Rs 30 lakh in the 13 separate categories, including for 'Divyang' (physically challenged), he said.
The first prize in open category is Rs 3 lakh followed by Rs 2 lakh and Rs 1 lakh to second and third position holders respectively, he added.
As many as 22 foreign participants have given their consent to participate in the marathon. So far runners from Switzerland, England, Kenya and two others countries have arrived Raipur, he said.
