Raj: 8 killed, 5 injured in road accidents due to fog

Eight people were killed and five injured in two separate road accidents due to poor visibility as fog engulfed the Bharatpur district, police said.
Seven people were killed and five injured this morning when the jeep in which they were travelling collided with a truck near Morda village, SHO at Weir Police Station Kailash Chand said.
"Four persons died on the spot, one died while he was being taken to hospital and two succumbed during treatment," he said, adding the injured are under going treatment at a hospital here.
Rajesh Mali (45), Meera Dhakar (25), Umar Singh (48), Deshraj Gujar (27), Rajendra Gujar (39), Vimlesh Gujar (29) and Natthi Jatav (55) died in the accident, the SHO said.
In another incident, a person was killed when his truck was hit by another truck near Nadbai village this morning, police said.
Vineet Kumar, a truck driver, died on the spot, they added.
