The session, which would run nearly a week, is likely to be a stormy one with Opposition Congress planning to raise the demand of Chief Minister Vasundhara Raje's resignation over Lalitgate controversy and the issue of a criminal's escape.
However, Parliamentary Affairs Minister Rajendra Rathore said that the government would request the Opposition members to raise their issues under rules of business and not create ruckus.
"We will request them in Business Advisory Committee meeting tomorrow to say whatever they want to, but under rules of the business of the House. We will give logical reply to them and they must hear," Rathore told reporters here.
On the other hand, Leader of Opposition Rameshwar Dudi said that the party MLAs will raise the demand of Raje's resignation for her alleged involvement in favouring former IPL commissioner Lalit Modi.
"We will corner the government on the issues of corruption, deteriorating law and order situation and farmers' pathetic condition and others.
"Notorious criminal Anadpal Singh along with two others managed to escape in broad daylight in Nagaur. A minor girl was allegedly raped in Sikar and police took no action. These are the issues which reflect the poor law and order situation in the state," he said.
