Unable to trace the rape victim, Criminal Investigation Department-Crime Branch (CID-CB) filed an application in Judicial Magistrate court of Nagaur, saying the woman was not reporting to the agency despite several reminder notices were sent to her addresses, a police spokesman said here.
"In such a situation, the court should guide on how to conduct the probe," said Investigation Officer (IO) of the case in the application.
Yesterday, police had provided call details of four mobile phone SIMs, two each of the Congress MLA and the woman, to the officer investigating the case.
The SIMs were provided by Superintendent of Police Nagaur to IO.
