Raj Guv orders for biometric attendance in private colleges

Rajasthan Governor Kalyan Singh today instructed government universities in the state to introduce biometric attendance system for teachers and other staff in private colleges affiliated to them.
The Governor wrote letters to the Vice Chancellors of the universities today directing them to start biometric attendance system in private colleges by January 31, 2016 and asked for a compliance report by February 7, an official release said.
Earlier, the Governor had asked the VCs to start biometric attendance system in all the government universities and colleges which has been fully implemented, it said.
