The Rajasthan High Court today pulled up the Divisional Rail Manager of Jodhpur Division of the North Western Railway for not cooperating with the state government in the construction of three bridges in the city.
The court, which was hearing a PIL on city's traffic, encroachment and sanitation woes, took him to task for the second time in a week.
Earlier, the court had taken a serious note of dilly dallying on the construction of an over bridge on Sangria by-pass by the Railway.
The division bench, comprising Justices Dinesh Maheshwari and Arun Bhansali, warned DRM Rajendra Jain of stern action for not cooperating with the administration in matters of public interest.
The bench asked Jain to facilitate development works.
Land-related matters will now be resolved in Jaipur between the General Manager (NW Railway) and the state chief secretary.

Construction of two road over bridges and one road under bridge was under progress at Bhadwasia, Khatarnak Pulia and Paota, respectively, in the city.
Earlier, the Railway had demanded Rs 9.32 crore for the land for the projects, but later it sought Rs 14 crore on May 4 as per the market rate, which the administration was not ready to pay.
The Railway administration had then refused to hand over its land for the bridges and got the work stopped at all the three sites.
