The man, the fifth accused in the case, was detained last night and placed under arrest today, SHO Dataramgarh Police Station Surendra Saini said.
"Three others were arrested and a minor boy was detained on May 22, three days after a complaint was filed at the police station," he said.
The accused had befriended the girls around seven months ago, and took them to Sikar where they allegedly raped them, Saini said.
"They also made a video of the act and used it blackmail them. The clips were also uploaded on social media sites," he said.
Meanwhile, some outfits took out a rally and called a 'bandh' in Dataramgarh to protest the incident.
