Rajasthan Chief Minister Vasundhara Raje today claimed that her state government is the first in the country to launch ambitious health schemes for the benefit of poor tribal people.
Raje said this while addressing a public rally in Gadi assembly constituency of Banswara district.
Poor tribal people are being benefitted from free of cost advanced health services in private hospitals. BJP government has started such health schemes in the state for its people, the chief minister said.
She claimed thatunprecedentedworks in various sectors, including health, education, road, water conservation and power supply have been conductedin tribal areas during her government's tenure.
The state government -- in over four years only -- spent Rs 6,500 crore in Vagad area, Rs 11,00 in Gadi whereas the previous Congress government spent Rs 475 crore in both these areas, she added.
