Rajasthan government to cancel deputation of Ayurvedic docs
Press Trust of India Jaipur The state government today said that Ayurvedic doctors on deputation will be sent back to the places of their original posting in view of posts lying vacant at village hospitals.
Replying to a question by BJP MLA Phool Singh Meena in the Assembly, state Medical and Health Minister R S Rathore said that a list of Ayurvedic doctors on deputation would be prepared and they would be sent back to their original postings for patients' interest.
He also informed that there are 118 Ayurved Hospitals in the state, and many of them were being run in government hospitals as no separate building or office was available to Ayurved units.
To a Question of BJP MLA Hameer Singh Bhayal, state Home Minister G C Kataria assured the House that the government was considering to open police station in every Tehsil and Sub-Tehsil as per the recommendations of Parmesh Chandra Samiti.
