Presenting a summary of the works done by Rajasthan government, state BJP chief Ashok Parnami said that the government has fulfilled 72 percent of promises made in the manifesto 'Suraj Sankalp Patra', introduced before the Rajasthan Assembly elections in 2013.
"Rajasthan is progressing every day in the rule of BJP. The party made promises in the manifesto and has fulfilled 70 percent of them in the three years and the remaining promises will be fulfilled in the next two years," he told a press conference at the party office here.
"The chief minister launched Mukhyamantri Jal Swavalamban Abhiyan to make 21,000 villages of the state self reliant in water. The government held global Rajasthan agritech summit recently for farmers, developing river basin, promoting organic farming as well as received many awards at the national level for production in wheat, digital innovations and e-governance," he claimed.
He also presented the progress report of the flagship schemes and programmes of the state government.
"What Congress had done in five years, we have done it in three years. All the facts show that Rajasthan is no more in the category of Bimaru state and this has also been well acknowledged at the national and international level," Parnami said.
