Chairing a review meeting of the Energy Department, she said the time-bound programme should be implemented on the lines of Jal Swavalamban Abhiyan so that public participation could be ensured to achieve the objective, said a release.
Raje said the programme will also see participation of public representatives, it added.
In the first phase, she said, innovations should be used to reduce transmission and distribution losses in 5,000 feeders in the state.
For this, she said, groups of feeder in-charge, feeder management committees and locals should be formed and ministers, MLAs and other public representatives would help in this process, the release said.
