"Lagaan" fame Rajesh Vivek, one of industry's most popular character actors, died yesterday following a heart attack in Hyderabad while he was shooting for a southern film.
He was 66.
"The last rites of Rajesh were performed by his son Vaibhav at Pawan Hans crematorium in suburban Mumbai around 3 PM," his close friend Vishu Sharma told PTI.
Bollywood filmmaker Ashutosh Gowarikar, actors including Akhilendra Mishra, Daya Shankar Pandey, Amin Hajee and Raj Zutshi were present for the funeral.
