The Minister informed that 'Shilparamam' is a permanent market for arts, crafts and will also have food courts.
"The Andhra Pradesh government has sanctioned Rs 1 crore in the first phase for construction of Shilparamam in 41 acres land", Raju said.
The Minister also said in the first phase, an exhibition ground and a stage for week-end programmes and shops for artisans will be constructed.
In the second phase, a museum will be developed to show replicas of the historical district structural buildings and an arts gallery will come up, he added.
