V Prabha Kishore, Chairman and Managing Director, Varun Group, today said the resort having 31 rooms was constructed at a cost of Rs 18 crore.
"It will be inaugurated by Raju tomorrow. The resort is an extension of the 225-room Novetel Varun Beach Hotel in the city and it will be managed by AccorHotels India," he said.
The CMD said Varun Group is planning to develop beach resorts in the state and the construction of a 250-room hotel at Vijayawada was almost completed.
"At present 45 hotels in India are under our management," Casse added.
