"Governor N N Vohra, who is the patron of the JK State Bharat Scouts and Guides, today presented Rajya Puraskar to 269 scouts and guides of the state at the award presentation ceremony held at Raj Bhavan here today," an official Raj Bhawan spokesman said.
He said that the governor congratulated the recipients of the awards and wished them bright careers ahead.
"He lauded the valuable work being done by the functionaries of the JK State Bharat Scouts and Guides," he said.
