Special CBI judge Virender Kumar Goel granted the relief to the accused on a personal bond of Rs 1 lakh and surety of like amount to each.
While granting the relief, the court, however, put several conditions on the accused -- Sahani, N S Nair, the then Office Superintendent of Air India, and Anup Singh Panwar, an employee of Delhi-based Air Cruise Travels Private Limited.
The court passed the order after the accused appeared before it in pursuance to the summons issued to the them and moved the bail application.
The court had on March 16 summoned Sahani, Nair, Panwar and Arvind Tiwari, who works with Murgai Travels, to appear before it after taking cognisance of the CBI charge sheet filed against them.
According to the court sources, an NBW has been issued against Tiwari as he failed to appear before the court in pursuance to the summon issued to him.
The agency had filed the final report under various sections dealing with cheating, forgery and under provisions of the Prevention of Corruption Act.
