"I demand Chandrababu Naidu not to indulge in dilatory tactics. We are fully aware what lone is to be waived. There is no necessity for constituting a committee and giving 45 and 50 days time to submit the report.... We need action," he told reporters here.
Holding that Naidu came to power on the loan-waiver plank, Ramachandraiah wondered why the TDP government could not waive the loans.
"There may be contraints... As a ruler who has ruled the state for nine years and a leader of the opposition for 10 years and a keen observer of government administration, he should have been aware about all these things before he made the promise," he added.
