Randstad India appoints Paul Dupuis as new CEO

HR service provider Randstad India today said it has appointed Paul Dupuis as its new Chief Executive Officer, effective immediately.
Dupuis is taking over the mantle from Moorthy K Uppaluri, who served as the MD & CEO of Randstad India over the last four years.
"Given the growth trajectory and market potential of India, it continues to be one of the most critical emerging markets for the Randstad Group," said Paul van de Kerkhof, Chairman, Randstad India and representative of Randstad Holding.
Prior to joining Randstad India, Paul served as the Managing Director of Professionals (Search & Selection), Engineers (temp & perm), RPO and GCS of Randstad Japan from 2013, where he was inducted as a board member in 2014.
"I look forward to continuing what has been started and go full speed ahead on the path of success that the organisation is on today to fulfil this tremendous responsibility of delivering meaningful outcomes for all our stakeholders," Dupuis said.
Paul Dupuis is a graduate from The University of Windsor, has completed a Professional Development Program from Simon Fraser University, British Columbia and has also participated in executive training programs at INSEAD in France & Singapore.
