At a press conference here, Delhi Lt Governor Tejinder Khanna said two ACPs Mohan Singh Dabas of Traffic wing and Yagram of PCR have been suspended.
"I have instructed the Police Commissioner to seek explanation from DCPs Premnath (Traffic) and Satbir Kataria (PCR) and disciplinary action against them will be decided on the basis of that," he said.
Khanna also announced adoption of zero tolerance approach by Delhi Police towards complaint by women and appointed Special Commissioner Sudhir Yadav as the nodal officer for dealing with women's organisations.
After a two-and-a half hour meeting with representatives of various women's groups, Khanna said it would be mandatory for the duty officier of Delhi's all police stations to register the complaint of the woman if she appraoached them.
"It was decided that if any complaint of misbaviour by any of the 80,000 personnel is received, disciplinary action would be taken," Khanna told reporters.
He said Special Commmissioner Yadav has been appointed as nodal officer and on last Friday of every month he will meet the representatives of the women's groups.

Apart from it, the LG said police personnel would be imparted training at the Police Training Colleges to be more sensitive and courteous while dealing with women.
They would be trained on language, behaviour and on how to speak and deal with women, he added.
On the steps to make the public transport more safe, the LG said drivers of public service vehicle would be provided with photo identity cards after proper verification.
