Additional District and Sessions judge Rampreet Dwivedi sentenced Rampawan to seven-year jail term for raping a woman on January 23, 2009, in Sonhati Bujurj village in Purani Basti area.
The court also imposed a fine of Rs 1,000 on the convict.
