Virendra Yadav had raped a domestic maid on March 14, 2010 and also made MMS and thereafter blackmailed her, prosecution said.
Yadav, a driver, had arrived in Sector 15 A here, at a house where the victim used to work. The matter came to light when the victim's landlady came to know about her pregnancy.
On the complaint made by the victim, a case was registered against Yadav at Sector 20 police station on June 11, 2010.
