Kevi alleges that he is "being harassed" by the two and wants them to stay at minimum 150-yard away from him.
Kevi claims that the "Beauty and a Beat" singer wrote his phone number and address to his 40 million devoted followers on Twitter and encouraged them to contact him, reported Ace Showbiz.
"Justin Bieber and his camp released my number out to over 40,000,000 people and telling people to call it. This was followed by another tweet from him saying, 'I have never even met this kid Kevi, do you even fact check?' then said 'I'm glad my friends are people I have met before, kinda seems like that would make sense.'
In the court document, Kevi says that Bieber's fans sent him death threats and promises of harm. Kevi's petition was denied by a judge, but a date for hearing has been scheduled for July 10 to hear more of the alleged action before making final ruling.
The rapper, whose real name is Kevin James Pedersen, said, "Forty million crazy fans from all over the world are saying they want to stab me, come to my house and are giving out my address. Thankfully, I have a guard at the gate. It doesn't make me feel safe when you have 40 million people against me and all know my number and address."
