The garden sprawling over 33 acre land opposite sector 15A and Film City here, was built at a cost of around Rs 700 crore and inaugurated by then chief minister and BSP chief Mayawati on October 14, 2011.
Hundreds of people including foreigners visited the park, which is open from 11 am to 5 pm and the entry fee is fixed at Rs 10, an official said.
Though the park was scheduled to open for public in 2011, the project got delayed after Samajwadi Party formed government in the state in 2012.
