"While we met the Governor yesterday to draw his attention to matters of public interest through a memorandum, the former CM approached him seeking a chance to form government.
"This shows Congress's hunger for power and the difference between us as political parties," Pradesh BJP media incharge Devendra Bhasin said in a statement here.
"It is strange that the party whose government fell on the appropriation bill leading to imposition of President's rule is approaching the Governor seeking an opportunity to form the government at a time when its petition challenging imposition of President's rule in the state is still being heard in the Uttarakhand High Court. It shows how power hungry they are," he said.
