All designs and tenders for the procurement of materials have been finalised and the first prototype of 200 km per hour speed coach will be readied by November this year and it will take about one more to roll out the first high speed rake, RCF General Manager Alok Dave told reporters here today.
Dave said a few changes will be made in the high speed coaches with the provision of improved braking system, hydraulic controlled automatic closing of main doors and automatic closing of cabin doors.
Earlier, it had rolled out the first rake of high speed 18 coaches for the high speed train in November last year.
He said RCF will export 120 coaches to Bangladesh and the first rake of 40 coaches will be rolled out by November this year and railway will earn a foreign exchange of Rs 367 crore.

Dave said that RCF was making a better climbing facility to the upper berth in AC first class coaches.
Commenting on the newly-built coach factory at Rae Bareli in UP, he said the factory is still under-construction and latest machinery is going to be installed here which will make it one of the most-modern factories in the world.
